If you are an alumna/alumnus of the Institute of Library (and Information) Science, the current UPLSAA board would like to urge you to vote for the next Executive Board.

The list of candidates is provided below. For more information on the candidates, see "Candidates for the Board."

Please exercise your right to vote by doing the following:

1. Copy the ballot below and paste it into a new email.
   
   
2. VOTES Choose nine candidates from the list, and delete the other names. You may vote for less, but if you vote for more than nine, ALL your votes will be invalidated.
   
   
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION Please fill up the fields for "Name" and those marked "required." Ballots with missing data in the required fields will not be counted.

As in the past, we will have our fellowship, honor the jubilarians, and induct the new set of officers for 2006-2007. This event is very special because of the presence of our foreign and local alumni who have made their mark in the field of librarianship, both in the national and international scene.

There will be a minimal fee of P100.00 to cover the cost of snacks, and souvenirs. Donations in kind or in cash are most welcome. We also encourage you to renew your membership (Php200.00 Annual or Php1,000.00 Lifetime).

Your presence is of great importance to the success of this affair. Let us join hands in keeping the spirit of camaraderie and collegiality: UPLSAA is all about You!
